CAS Design
High-fidelity CASA-grade surface modeling bridges the first gap between styling creativity and engineering delivery. Backed by a professional vehicle surface modeling team, we strictly follow Class A surface quality standards and efficiently build complete interior & exterior CAS data. Balancing visual aesthetics, vehicle assembly gaps and structural feasibility, we deliver complete data packages ready for styling review, clay model milling and pre-engineering verification. Seamlessly linking with downstream structure, tooling and simulation, we significantly shorten styling development cycles, avoid late-stage engineering rework, and provide OEMs and component suppliers with efficient, stable front-end styling support.
Engineering Design
Full-dimensional structural, assembly and manufacturability design bridges the core gap from styling to mass production. Specializing in automotive interior & exterior systems, seat assemblies and functional parts, we carry out refined cross-section design, part layout, fastener and mounting point development, together with tolerance stack-up, assembly sequence planning and human-factor assembly checks. Combined with mechanical, durability, NVH and high/low-temperature multi-dimensional simulation, we proactively avoid mass-production defects like cracking, deformation and abnormal noise. Tightly aligned with injection molding, foam molding and wrapping process standards, we deliver complete 3D data and engineering drawings ready for tooling and fixture manufacturing—turning creative styling into stable batch production.
Project Delivery
Full-chain end-to-end project management ensures on-time delivery of complete engineering data that meets mass-production standards. With a standardized project workflow covering CAS surface, structural engineering and simulation verification across all stages, dedicated personnel synchronize requirements with OEMs and suppliers. All deliverables pass multi-level internal engineering checks, shipped as complete packages including 3D data, 2D drawings, simulation reports, BOM lists and dimensional inspection specifications. After delivery, we provide continuous technical support, coordinate production-line commissioning and issue rectification, strictly controlling delivery schedule and quality—so clients can go straight into production and close the full vehicle component development loop in one stop.
